Jim graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. He then earned his Class A Membership into the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (PGA) and served as an assistant golf professional at the Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix, Arizona and as head professional at Sun Air CC in Haines City, Florida. It was in this industry that he learned the mannerism of courteous professionalism that people in all fields appreciate.
Jim then pursued various entrepreneurial business ventures. He was in sales and “claims” to have traveled to every City in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It was, however, the leasing of the former Fox Valley Greyhound Park (where he was instrumental in the Snow-Cross, Moto-Cross Races, and other indoor/outdoor events) that inspired his desire to obtain his Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s License in 1999. He consequently listed and sold the Greyhound Park to the City of Kaukauna.
Jim has been involved in more than $50,000,000 worth of real estate transactions of every commercial type. Additionally, he was hired by a client to identify and secure properties throughout the country.
He especially enjoys working with those in the agricultural industry coordinating sales and purchases of land to help the hard-working farmers in Wisconsin. Jim insists: “Nobody works harder than our farmers! These clients become my friends”.
