Kim Johnson

Kim is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, with a degree in marketing and finance. He spent his early years working in the family real estate and construction business in Manitowoc.

He signed on with Knutson Mortgage, as Regional Manager, moving from Manitowoc to the Fox Valley in 1983. Subsequently, he joined Bank One, and was promoted to Vice President of Mortgage Lending, for Wisconsin, with Banc One Mortgage. Kim was the charter Vice President for the Northeast Mortgage Bankers Association and was elected President of the Valley Home Builders Association.

Following his banking career, Kim decided to pursue his dream job of builder/developer in the Fox Valley. Kim and his family developed several area subdivisions, as well as owned and operated various commercial buildings.

Kim also spent seven years as an Account Executive in the manufacturing industry, traveling the country working with Fortune 500 companies.

Family is his #1 passion, golf is #2.
