Matt Hietpas

Matt attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Marketing and emphasis on Real Estate. In addition to being a part of the team at J.Ross & Associates, Matt owns Fox Cities Appraisal Company with his sister and appraises commercial properties. He continues to be actively involved in the day to day operations of Fox Cities Appraisal Company.

Experience as an appraiser gives him a wide range of knowledge of the local real estate market which will benefit our clients, whether it’s buying and selling real estate or determining an opinion of value.

Matt lives in Little Chute with his wife Emily, daughter Caroline and son Louie. In his free time Matt enjoys hunting, fishing, being outdoors, watching sports and spending time with family.
